Tap, poured a dark orange color with a medium white head. Initial flavor has a nice bite to it, with a bitterness more akin to an IPA than a regular pale ale. The bitterness dies away and the flavor becomes a bit more subdued. A nice selection that I enjoyed.
On tap at Khyber Pass in Philly, pours a clear dark orange with some creamy white head. Nose has vinous airs, lemon rind, mild soap, herbs. Flavor has orange and lemon, light candy, soap. Crisp finish with a touch of sweetness. Pays the bills because everyone can drink this.NikkTwist (3409) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 10, 2015

On tap at the brewpub. Transparent gold with a frothy white head. Nice floral, spicy aroma, all hops. Flavor was nice too, spice, soap, earthy. Finish was bitter and dry.
Draft at Khyber Pass. Cloudy orange copper with a slim fizzy/foamy off-white lace that left a few splatters of lace. Juicy malty earthy citrus hop brew. Blood oranges. Passionfruit. Chanterelles. Mangos. Autumn leaves. Tangerine peels. Oak resins. Green tomatoes. Starfruit. Medium caramel malts are paired quite well here with the Cascade hops. Missed this when it was made at the original brewery years ago. I think it is brewed out of PBC at the moment. solidfunk (9739) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - JUN 2, 2014
Well-balanced and nice enough. Amber pour with ok head and lacing. Soft citrus, lots of surprising roast for something so light in colour. Light florals. Tap at brewpub. closey22 (2126) - Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, USA - NOV 10, 2013
Amber with lasting foamy lacy offwhite head; aroma is sweet spicy hoppy and notes of tea; Flava is richly complex with blended notes of sweet fruity spicy tea; feels medium with just enough fizz to tantalize the tongue; finishes dry and slightly bitter phillybass (117) - Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 12, 2013
I Truly love this pale ale. Easily quaffable yet with plenty of aromatic hops.

Tap at the source. Pours clear orange with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is earthy yeast, biscuit malt, farmhouse notes, floral and earthy hops. Flavor is medium hops and bitterness, light supporting malt and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation. callmemickey (4561) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 26, 2013
Deep amber body, moderate off-white head, spotty lacing. Pine, orange, caramel malts. Simple but pleasant. A little sweet in the finish, moderate bitterness, appropriate carbonation. robiannelli (599) - West Deptford, New Jersey, USA - DEC 12, 2012
Pint on tap pours a heathy amber with a full off-white head. Aromas are very floral and bright some citrus and pine and slight caramel. Flavor is bitter but balanced very well. Body is medium and has a good bitter bite at the finish rosenbergh (11957) - Tampere, FINLAND - AUG 29, 2012
Cask at the Nodding Head Brewpub, Philadelphia, PA.
Clear bronze colour with small creamy light tan head.
Very nice fruity hoppy aroma with some malty balance and mild bitterness.
Flavour is also bitterish hoppy, fruity, grapefruity and piney. Balanced. Nice one. Bitterness stays.

Draught at brewpub. Probably the best of what we tasted. Nicely hopped IPA closer to English in body color. But good overall taste and presence.
