Tap. Pour is deep ruby/purple, with a large amount of fizzy head that dissipates quickly - first impression was that it behaved like a champagne in the glass. Notes of straw, cocoa, sour fruit, and dough. Taste is interesting, a kriek with a sort of dark cocoa note. Unique. Sour fruit, toffee, cocoa, clean, refreshing finish.

Very interesting to say the least. Pours an almost purple color with a spritzy head. Highly carbonated, the head is big but short lasting. Nice amount of cherries in the aroma. The flavor was a bit tart with a nice cherry flavor in the back ground. I think this would be much better in the summer but still pretty good in December.
