Bottle 500ml. @ home.
[ Trade by yngwie ]. Clear dark red brown color with a average to large, creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, fruity - berry, pumpkin - cinnamon - nutmeg, maybe ginger also, light roastead, nutty notes. Flavor is light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, anis - juniper, berries, spicy, sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily - syrupy and sticky, carbonation is soft. Not my liking to sweet and strange spicy ..
50 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a thick off-white to tan head, Aroma is dark spiced, ginger and cinnamon. Hard roasted malt too. Sweet, ginger fruity and dry spiced. Citric and dry into the finish. Dry and citric lasting impression. Too spiced for my liking Ungstrup (37867) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 7, 2010

The flavor has strong notes of spices - ginger and cardemomme, combined with medium notes of malt and chocolate, leading to a dry spicy finish. joergen (28394) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 7, 2010

Bottle courtesy of tarheels86 - thank you sir! Dark maroon color with a thin off white head that settles quickly to leave scant lacing. Aroma of pumpernickel and rye breads. Taste starts as a corned beef on rye and progresses to birdseed. But in a good way. Interesting, and slightly experimental, but not extreme. Papsoe (25062) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - DEC 31, 2010
Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yngwie. Hazy nutty brown with a beige head. Sweetish spicy nose. Quite full-bodied, some burned caramel, roasted malt and nuts with a fairly interesting spice profile. Subdued bitterness. Interesting. 251210 madmitch76 (24980) - , Essex, ENGLAND - MAY 12, 2015

Murky brown - amber beer, small pale tan head. Palate is silky smooth and and slightly viscous. Rich creamy malts. Strong but cooling smooth cinnamon. Trace of dark fruits. Smooth finish. It’s a notably mellifluous spice beer but a little one dimensional.
