Bottle at restaurant, Asker. The colour is clear amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of grass, leather, wood, bread and citrus fruit. Similar flavour but with more hops and grassy tones. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and balanced bitterness. A solid and well-balanced bitter.

Bottle from COOP Trysil. Pours hazy orange with a big fluffy head that settles to small islands of scum. The aroma is most enticing, passionfruit and apricots. The taste is mainly hoppy bitterness but the malt delivers a noce backing of sweetness and finesse. Too bad it’s only 4.5%. Loved it.

50 cl bottle, batch #1356. Old friend revisited, had my first one several years ago, now it’s time for a rating... Light golden yellow, slightly hazy, lively, rolling carbonation in the glass, one-finger off-white head. Aroma is floral, tropical, bready with a slight hint of citrus. Taste give a short sting from the bittering hops, but the bitterness is quite moderate (30 IBU), so I don’t consider this to be an ESB. Flavour is light and refreshing, some citrus, and I think I can get that EKG hop taste in the back end of the aftertaste.
