COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We have teamed up with our friends at CR/AK Brewery in Campodarsego, Italy for a new mixed fermentation beer aged in oak. This is a pale beer brewed with wheat and fermented with a classic wit yeast strain from Belgium. We then aged this beer with our house culture in white wine barrels for one year. Fresh citrus was was added during the blending process, resulting in a tangy and crisp beer that is perfect for sharing. Enjoy this beer before and after several trips to the sauna!

Gushing podczas otwierania. Piana obfita, postrzępiona, nietrwała. Barwa żółto słomkowa, mętna. W aromacie kwaśne owoce, cytryna, skóra, siano, serwatka... Smak trochę kwaskowy, trochę melanoidynowy (pszeniczny), cytrynowy, jogurtowy, lekko dziki. Delikatna mineralność i białe wino w posmakach, niewielka, ziołowa goryczka, ładnie ukryte alko, średnie do wysokiego wysycenie.

Ogólnie ciekawe, nieźle pijalne piwo.

Well nice head and pouring straw, hazy. Nose is sour with fruity notes. Taste is stranden, with lots of citrus and lemonpeel. Palate with some bitterness to go with the acid.

(Bottled 22.03.2017)
Wonderful hazy, golden-yellow colour, with a big white foamy head.
Nose: Some classic witbier notes of lemon, lemon peel and coriander. Mild fruity hoppiness. I do feel there’s something vinous about the fruitiness too (not just because I’ve read the label and think I’m supposed to detect the white wine barrels). Hints of honey. The nose takes a little while to fully unfold.
Taste: The arrival is dry, fruity, slightly sour (in a good way) and hops bitter. The mid palate is bitter-sour-fruity in a gentle and mild way, with a medium body. The exit is almost sweet, with a fairly long, lemony sweet&sour, balanced aftertaste.
Nice. Different. Interesting. Well made.

Almost clear gold beer, good white head. Palate is light, dry. Tangy dry sourness, some lemon. A little mild oaky vanilla offsets the sourness to a degree. Light dry finish. Some more oaking would have done this a world of good. Okay.

Little hazy orange beer, creamy irregular fizzy white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: fruity, lemony, bit sourish, hoppy, grains. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: lively carbonation, medium body. Taste: pretty floral, funky, little bitter. Aftertaste: fruity, grains, some citrus, peaches, little bitter in the finish as well.

Pale blond colour. Aroma and flavour have a tonne of Brett. Fruity. Lemony. Maybe some grape too.
