COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hops- the best there is in this world! Well, almost. This is a hop driven beer. A beer where it is all about hops. But what kind of hops? We just couldn’t decide which, and used hops from all over the world; England, Slovenia, New Zealand, Czech Republic, USA, Germany and Australia. A total of 13 different types of hops. It does not get better than this!

Nonshaugen (661) - Fetsund, NORWAY - AUG 6, 2015
Cloudy, yellow towards amber colour, two-finger head in the glass. This is a beer for hop-heads. Nøgne Ø brewery makes no compromises (so far), and their brewmaster is at his best in this brew, using no less than 13 (!) different hops in this pale ale. Aroma is all hops. Citrus, grapefruit and tropical fruits dominates along with hints of bubblegum. Trying to find traces of malts in the taste, but not. It’s bitter and dry, almost tart in the mouth. Not a typical APA in my opinion, but a refreshing treat to yourself anytime.

Rating 1125 09.06.2014 - Bottle from Sherbrooke. 500mL Golden pour with a bubbly, lasting white foam. Aroma is mild sweet citrus, lots of earthy and spicy aromas oozing out of this. Taste is a mini of citrusy sweetness, tempered by an explosion of noble hoppy bitterness, drying out the finish, but leaving the palate demanding another sip. Balanced and exquisite.

Savagesteeler (138) - Warszaw, POLAND - JUN 30, 2015

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 18B, adapted). Bottle 50 cl - Batch 1365-D. AROMA: very nice multi-fruit blend, with notes of green mango, grapefruit, some passionfruit, lime, mandarin and another tropical fruits. also some pine and resin. APPEARANCE: ambar color and slightly hazy. average ivory head with good retention. TASTE: more restrained hop flavour with notes of pine and resin. faint mango and grapefruit. faint malty background. high bitterness with a medium-dry finish. PALATE: medium-low body with average carbonation. OVERALL: a very nice pale ale with complex and subtle aromas. not so complex on the flavour, neither from hops nor malt. Recommended nonethless.

17Beer (415) - Connecticut, USA - JUN 14, 2015
Great citrusy hoppy aroma. Pours a bright cloudy orange with a huge rocky off-white head, heavy lacing. Bright crisp tastes of oranges and lemons, some yeast undercurrent with a sour tangy clear hops finish. Light mouthfeel with low carbonation. Very drinkable.
