Brownish with hints of orange color. Only some laces. Spicy and burnt aroma. Full bodied and rather bitter. Floral, fruity and orangy in aroma but not citrus in taste. character of wheat, of which I’m not a fan. This is a beer to enjoy in the sun outside a cabin in the mountains.

Pours cloudy orange with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt and oxidation. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Shared bottle at the RBNAG-11 grand tasting. A welcome surprise - a beer I thought I’d never rate, and It’s still pretty nice! Pours a murky orange-golden. Fruity aroma. Fruity and sweet flavors with light salty notes. Medium to full body. Dry tongue.

0.5l bottle @ RBNAG11. Pours a bright- murky body with no head. Aroma is actually something that you can safely smell; it’s kinda light watery-fruity with some yeasty oxidation tones and really not as bad as I would have thought. Soft to near flat carbonation level and a oily and greasy mouthfeel. Mild flavors, some cactus and caramel hints with a light sour and oxidized tone in the finish. Thank’s for sharing!

Shared bottle at RBNAG-11. Pours hazy golden with no head at all. Aroma is sweet malty, the hops are probably gone years ago. Taste is dark malty,with clear signs of oxidation, but still drinkable. Ends watery.

50cl bottle. Batch 230. Probably way past the best before date. Hazy orange colour with no head. Aroma is suprisingly sweet. Sweet malts, belgian yeast. Flavour is not so good anymore. Some weak notes of hops as well as some malts. A bit metallic now. Short aftertaste.

UPDATED: NOV 6, 2011 15.10.2011. Batch 230 I have stored this bottle for 5 years, so it has passed the BB for a long time ago. Very fresh beer for its age. Very good flavours of aromatic and refreshing hops. Medium body with fruity flavours and some malt and soft bitterness. Bitterness is not as sharp as it probably was.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy and lighter orange than the 2007 version. Light spiced, hoppy aroma. Flavour is bitterhops, citrus fruity and a bit sharply spiced. Ends with a lingering spice note.
