0.5l bottle. Oh, is it this deep amber? I’ve always thought this would be a bright clear light one, but the pour on this one is actually both blurry, warm and deep glowing-amber. It also has a small bubbly sidesticking and creamy beige head. The aroma has subtle fruity tones, some sweet caramel, dark malts, and there is almost a hint of ashy smoke here as well. Strange that last part, but I quite like this! Really nice flavors here, and my god it’s so light drinkable. A really nice smooth and creamy texture with a soft carbonation level. Lots of that same fruity tones found in the aroma, and it has nice tones of sweet caramel. Really well balanced with a gentle bitterness all the way, and it ends in a light almost herbal and grassy-bitter well balanced finish. This was really nice! 10.03.2012

0.5 L bottle bought @Vinmonopolet Nesodden. Ouch, a gusher! A tall blond head, quickly shinking to layer of bubbles. Slight hazed, reddish amber body. Dry, sharpish spiced up malt aroma. Fresh yeast and berry tones, and a faint whiff of stale earthy hops. Body is thinner and drier than expected, with a certain astingency to it. A pleasant berry-like fruitiness underneath, though. Some residual sugars is noticable, leaving a note of spicy, light caramelized malts. Lively mouthfeel. Less than medium full. Kind of sharp and mouth-drying finish. Not in its best condition, this bottle. But overall, a drinkable and decent beverage.

Bottled 500ml (Alko, #616, brygget 04.05.2011)
Hazy deep amber-brown color, medium-sized steady white head. Fruity wild strawberry aroma, caramel, malts, wood, metal. Medium-bodied. Berries (cranberry, strawberry), woody notes, some hops and even sourish herbal flavors. Simple and slightly uninteresting, but drinkable.

Bottle. Amber, hazy, small and fully diminishing head. Moderate malty - wheaty and sweetish aroma, light caramel and some citrus fruitiness with some banana, light sourness, some spiciness (pepper, coriander), yeast. Body is medium, malty - wheaty and sweetish flavor, faint caramel and some citrus fruitiness with light banana, light fruitiness and spiciness, some yeast. Finish is average, malty - wheaty and lightly sweetish, some citrus fruitiness, some spiciness and light hoppyness, yeast. Fruit and spicy ale - way too much yeast (bit like home brew). Not very enjoyable.

(Bottle, 0.5 l - batch 616, from Alko, 20120324) The beer poured brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spices, malts and yeast. Palate was mouth-filling with medium carbonation. Flavours were hops, fruitiness, yeast, sweetness, malts, spices and bitteress. Aftertaste was fruity, sweet and bitter. A tasty brew with not too much sweetness.

Bottle. Careful in opening this, comes out like a rocket. Pours with a high disappearing foam. Color cloudy brown. Aroma belgian hops. Some yeast in the taste with some wheat. Medium palate. Not Bad.

TET (2934) - Kaarina, FINLAND - MAR 23, 2012
A nice colour, reddish brown beer with a small bubbled and blond head. Aroma is fresh, fruits, nicely earthy sourness, dry herbs and spicyness, even some liquirice. Taste is slightly fruitfull and refreshning, overally quite dry, herbal bitterness, nice sourness, even some green apples. Medium- bodied, nice carbonation, quite light to drink, but that fitts nicely into dry and fresh impression. Pleasant, enoughly challenging, sour and fruitfull beer; very interesting brew, even some Orval -nuancees.

Samea, tumman oranssinen ja muodostaa valkoisen vaahdon. Tuoksu on sitruksinen, vehnäinen ja mausteinen. Maultaan olut on mausteinen, hedelmäinen ja hieman kuivan katkera. Myös hieman paahtunut. Keskihiilihappoinen tai ehkä jopa vähän sen yli. Runko on keskipaksu. Hyvä olut taas norjalaisilta

50cl bottle, batch #616, BBE 05/2014. Poured slightly hazy copper color with a thin white head. Aroma has wheat, citrus, yeast and slight sourness. CO2 really tickles my mouth, like mineral water. Flavor has wheat, yeast, dark fruits, alcohol. Medium body, lasting fruity finish. Enjoyable, but a bit strange brew.
