COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Nothing is like celebrating your own milestones. This is a celebration of our 500th batch of ale. It was brewed with joy and splendor; the brewer wore a suit, and a TV station filmed the event. As a base for this ale, we have elected to play with numbers: 5 hops, 100 IBUs, 10% alcohol by volume. Indeed it is an Imperial India Pale Ale. Big and bold. Great for a celebration!

Pours a hazy deep amber color with medium bwige head and lots of sediments. Swet aroma, caramel, bread, overriped fruits, but algo mango, white grape and citrus. Taste follows the aroma, sweet and hoppy, caramel, biscuit, citrus and grapes, finishing with a strong bitterness on the aftertaste.

Lore (2286) - Budapest, HUNGARY - MAY 27, 2016
hazy orange to amber colour, medium sized, dense yellowish head;aroma of overripe fruits like mango, some peach, grape, maybe grapefruit, too, marmalade, caramel biscuit, honey and some resins; taste is dominated by syrupy sweetness with overripe fruits, honey and some resiny notes; despite the intensive syrupy sweetness, both the hoppy bitterness and some alcoholic notes can also be felt; amazing IIPA! not a devastating hop-bomb, but still a perfect one! I think, I’m falling in love :-)

colui72 (710) - HONG KONG - MAY 14, 2016
It pours orange, very murky with floating elements. Thin white head. Aroma is very fruity and grassy. Fruity in palate as well: grapefruit, mango, peach, booze. Complex and tasty, starts sweet and it’s later very well balanced by a strong hoppy character. Full bodied and boozy. Great ale!

Nice creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is fresh grassy, moss, fresh hops, citrus peel, lawn, minerals, light malts, hop pellets. Taste is slightly sweet grassy, weeds, wet leafs, fresh hops, light malts, bark, alcohol, hop pellets, citrus peel, lawn, grain. Medium to longlasting bitterness, dry grassy mouthfeel. Nice, but just too fresh...

mateuszk (2252) - Poznań, POLAND - APR 4, 2016
Draught. Very hoppy beer, lots of grapefruit, tropical fruits, lemons, tangerines backed by solid maltiness, sweet but not clogging or overly caramel. In taste some resin also shows. Medium to full body, strong bitterness in the finish along with light alcohol note. Solid and strong IPA, on the sweeter side of IIPAs.
