Pitch black, no head. Delicate barrel aromas backed by dark cocoa notes with some tar. Almost full body, fruity, dark chocolate with figs, some cognac in the finale to warm everything up. Delicate barrel treatment, palate is a bit thin for the style, but very good impy stout nonetheless. Svesse (8982) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - JAN 7, 2015
