UPDATED: JAN 22, 2018 Flaske. Uklar ravgylden let grumset bundfald. Tynd hvidt skum som hurtigt forsvinder. Meget let humle kombineret med en god bred let sød malt smag. Drukket sammen med chili mad, hvilket fungere virkelig godt, men evt. påvirker smagen en smule.

60 IBU. EBC 20. Goudblond bier met dunne witte schuimkraag. Geur: hop, lichtjes hars, wat fruitig, stervrucht, licht kruidig. Smaak: hopbitter, verse eik, fruitige mix van agrum. Mooi in balans. Medium koolzuurprikkel. Afdronk: licht bitter.

Demasiado old school para mí.

From Jul 2008 I got this in a trade with russpowell. Thanks Russ! Nice hazy orange gold colour with a good 2 finger head of foam. Some good lacing and the head retention is excellent. The smell has notes of grapefruit, caramel, and a lot of fruitiness. I get pears and apricots. Nice inviting nose. The taste is very strong in the hop department...grapefruit and grass mostly but the malt is there as well with lots of honey and some caramel and the fruit is just as noticeable in the taste as it was in the smell. Again, pears and apricots. Good medium body here and it finishes with some bitterness and it has a long lasting aftertaste. This is a nice tasty example of the style that somehow manages to get the 2 fruit flavours in and it works. It's definitely not a session ale as I get some warming from the 7.5%abv but it *is* pretty easy drinking. Good stuff!

Bottle from Alko, Helsinki. Pours cloudy amber with a little head. The aroma features fresh citrusy fruitiness and a touch of tropical fruits; aromatically hoppy and fruity. Taste is medium to heavily bitter, fruity and hoppy. Grapefruit and zest in the flavours. The palate is medium-bodied, average in carbonation. Quality as always from Nögne.

UPDATED: NOV 8, 2017 Bottle. Hazy amber pour with offwhite head. Aroma has strong malt and comes across as powerful. Some fresh notes with flowers but mainly sweet strong malt. Taste is again powerful and does not hide ABV. Good bitter balance. Ends with bitter malty notes. Quite heavy body. Medium carbonation

Caramel, honey like but not sweet. Much like salted caramel, this is a genre challenger. Actually it’s like zombie land. Yep, settled. That’s my metaphor. It’s zombieland ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

0.5L bottle, 1.5 years old but still within BB. Pours hazy amber with an enormous, smooth off-white head, retains it well. Aroma is hoppy, fruity, malty. Taste has a good balance between hops and malts, fruity, citrus, pine, sweet caramel, but quite a bitter finish. Palate is sublime, medium bodied and one of the most velvety smooth IPAs I've ever had, carbonation is medium-heavy but settles down nicely, a little sticky. Excellent.
