500ml bottle, brewed 03.04.2011, trade with Yngwie, via OleR, thanks. The first pour is clear golden brown in body colour, the last dark brown and muddy. Frothy, fawn-coloured head with a solid stand, leaving spotty lacework behind. Nutty malts and herbal hops to the nose, lightly roasted. Fruity hops mixed with caramel malts added by a touch of cinnamon. Nice, refreshing roasted bittersweet ending. Medium to thin bodied. Ok, but does not reach the standard of its two forerunners (31.12, last rating in 2012).

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 07.12.15. 2013-edition. Brown. Pale brown head. Fine aroma, with dark malt, juniper and herbs. Similar taste, with decent aftertaste. Finn (7831) - Tromsø, NORWAY - NOV 20, 2015
Flaske 500ml fra Eurospar Langnes. Åpner med litt futt! Masse skum selv med forsiktig kvelling. 95% i glasset er skum i starten. Omdannes sakte. Dyp brun. Lite rødskjær. Skummet som betong. Kremaktig. Karboneringen er i meste laget. Skumdannelsen blir egentlig et problem. En må ha veldig god tid. bergstaden (3092) - Røros, NORWAY - MAY 26, 2015
Dark amber with large off wqhite head - Smoked malt aroma - Good malt body with some roasted notes and soms spice - Roasted malt and spice goes into the finish - This was nice Gurthnar (5971) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - APR 18, 2015
Bottle from Bottle Park. Aroma rich malty, dried fruits, toffee, chocolate, caramel. Almost clear reddish amber colour. Moderately stable head. Taste goes in the same direction. Complex maltiness with suprisingly thick body. The low alcohol is not manifesting and makes it a worthy Christmas session beer.

Dark brown colour. Aroma is a bit strange. Almost a savoury, meaty background smell. The taste is more conventional with dark malts and a bitter treacley flavour. sharkydodson (1704) - St. Petersburg, RUSSIA - FEB 9, 2015
the aroma is caramel and fruity with hints of chocolate, licorice and toffe... the taste is caramel and spicy with notes of dark fruits, chocolate, raisin and, a little bit, of toast... sweet and dry aftertaste... Florya (2025) - Oslo, NORWAY - JAN 15, 2015

Bottle. Caramel and bread -- even some cinnamon -- for aroma. Dark, dark red and some haziness due to the yeast (as well as my impatience...). Medium bitter-sweet, hints of umami. Medium-bodied with a somewhat creamy texture. Very nice for a low-alco xmas beer! asimeow (268) - Sandsli, NORWAY - DEC 27, 2014
0,5l bottle, 2014. Black with tall caramel head. Stout style. Licorice and soot aroma. Heavy smoke flavour with licorice. Dark stout. Lacks seasonal spice to do as an xmas brew, but it’s not bad.
