Bottle from marks and Spencer’s. A decent ale, strong grapefruit flavour and a good alcohol level to take control of the bitterness.

33cl bottle from Marks & Spencer. A pleasant surprise to find this in my local supermarket as this is one of the finest breweries to be found anywhere. Pours an amber colour with a healthy white head. Good, spicy aromas and a taste of spices, orange peel, grass, tobacco. Great hop flavours on a good malty base, exactly what a pale ale should be! Highly drinkable!

bottle from Mark&Spencer. Colour is pale and cloudy, foam is white, creamy, have a nice standing. In aroma feels nuts and pale malts. Beer is easygoing, malt starting, middle is nutty and yeasty, low citrusy and hop bittery finnish. Interesting tones in aroma and taste, fine bitter.

Bottle from M&S, Ealing Broadway. Pale gold in colour, with a slight haze and moderate fizziness. Sharp, citrus, fruit and grassy hops. Light, sweetish malt flavours, with a sherbet kick and moderately bitter finish. Fine.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden amber. Aroma of yeast, grass and some mild citus. Taste had a bit of sourness to it with some bitter. Didn’t really taste like an APA to me.

PhillyCraft (7939) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 11, 2016
BB backlog, Hazy orange brown color with small to medium head. Flavor is English yeast, lemon, bitter and piney centennial, what, and fruity/sweet malt. The malt and yeast out shine the hops in this one. Ok

UPDATED: JAN 21, 2017 Bottle from M&S. Big fizzy head. Hazy lemon. Slight eggy smell which disappears after a minute. Sweetish, but not overly so. Quite neutral with long dry finish. Pretty good. --- Edit. A few weeks later tried another. Not as good. Rating reduced. Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
