Tap at Håndverkerstuene, fall 2011. Cloudy brown body, big offwhite head. Sweet aroma, caramel, fruit, berries, herbs. Taste of caramel, spice, a mild sourness and hops. Good balance. Thick body, aftertaste of dark bitter chocolate. metalspice (1142) - Jevnaker, NORWAY - OCT 19, 2015
Aroma is big house yeast, malts and slightly nutty. The flavor is scotch/slight burnt rubber, malts, fruit, mild pumpkin and a tart/spicy/house yeast finish. OleR (4801) - Oslo, NORWAY - NOV 9, 2011
From keg @Schouskjelleren, Oslo. An opaque brown beer, with a thin sand-colored cream head. Nice smell of sweet-scented toasted malts, rounded spices and herbs, and some fine grassy/earthy hops. Taste is on the sweet side, but it’s a refined and rounded sweetness. The pumkin addition is not overdone, shines trough with a soft herbal and light spicy character. Silky mouthfeel. More than medium full. Spices and a light bitterness linger in the finish. Nice! tarjei (1954) - Bryne, NORWAY - NOV 15, 2011

On tap @ Patricks. Hazy, dark orange body with a nice beige head. Quite mild aroma, had to use some time to identify the nuances. I found malt, caramel, spices and some kind of fruit that might has been the pumpkin, but I’m not to familiar with pumpkin aroma/flavor. Flavor is super refreshing fruity, soft caramel, spicy, sweet malt and just a hint of fruit/berry acidity. Fine, well balanced body, balanced in flavor and actually quite complex and very quaffable at the same time. Compared with a few other pumpkin ales I have sampled I like the idea of enhance the fruity flavor from the pumpkin instead of drowning everything behind a big amount of spices. Both fun and very nice. abemorsten (3683) - Mosterøy, NORWAY - FEB 8, 2012
On tap at Cardinal. Hazy chestnut body with a fingerthick, cappuccino colored head leaving excellent lacing. Toffee, caramel and butterscotch on the nose. Inviting. Sweet caramel, alcoholic, bitter, acidic. Well balanced. Full body, smooth. Abrupt finish with bitter tones lingering and a dry tongue. Good stuff. Vighals (4548) - Sørumsand, NORWAY - OCT 9, 2015
Mørk brun klar med høyt beige skum. Lukter brent karamell, kaffe og mørke frukter. Finner ikke gresskarlukten, men hvordan lukter gresskar da? Middels fylde. Noe salt smak. Kaffe og lett fruktighet. Saltbitter avsluttning. larsniclas (7297) - Billdal, SWEDEN - JAN 2, 2014
Bottled from Systembolaget
Dark amber with a small head.
Slightly perfume-ish aroma with pumpkin. Rather sweet with grassy hoppiness in the background.
Soapy flavour. Rather sweet. Not too much of the pumpkin coming through. Piney hoppiness. thewolf (12949) - Kolding, DENMARK - MAR 12, 2014
