One of our most refreshing brews, made for those hot summer days, but satisfying year ’round. Recommended serving temperature 8°C/45°F. Goes well with seafood, particularly oysters.

Perus-saison. Tasapainoinen. Ruma. Mutta hyvän makuinen. On ollut parempiakin.

Bottle. Farmyard yeasty aroma, smells spicy. Crisp, well attenuated and very dry. Tasty and refreshing, its a fine take on a Belgian saison, albeit not quite as good as Dupont.

330ml from bottle bought at M&S. Yeasty aroma, sour notes in it, pours a decent head. Overall, it produces a weird feeling, not usual to the previous saison that I have drunk, more negative than positive

Bottle, 330ml. A cloudy pale straw colour with a small white head. Aroma has citrus and yeast. Flavour is watery, some soft citrus notes. A slightly bitter, herbal finish. Moderate carbonation. Refreshing but fairly boring.

Bottle from Maryhill Tesco, Glasgow. Beer served in 10°C, Teku Glass. Pours hazy golden, slightly amber. What surprises me is that I tried that beer few times, and every try was different. My first bottle was refreshing, floral, fruity, strawberry juice like, typical saison with a fruity twist. But two other bottles have a strong aroma of white wine and alcohol. Taste is also similar to wine, with some sour notes and malt sweetness. Reminds me white wine with a malty body. Weird, but drinkable. Not sure what happened to this two bottles from Tesco. Infection maybe.

Floral Saison with a kick. Lovely fruitiness at the end. Lovely stuff. Proper summer beer. Touch of tart in the finish

Bottle from Tesco, West Bromwich. Hazy golden beer with medium head. Aroma of yeast, coriander and citrus. Taste is yeast, citrus, sweetish, cloves, coriander and pale malts. Good stuff.

Dark golden opaque pour with fine white foam that dissipates quickly. Strong musty yeast in the nose with a streak of fruitiness. The flavor has some of the yeasty damp grass and some touches of citrus fruit. A little bit of melon too, and some hints of pepper. Active fizz, moderate / light body with sharp finish. Some smooth cereal malt in the backbone that gives the beer some richness. A mineral aspect emerges as it warms. It fits the basic saison profile well, but has a surprisingly well-integrated malt aspect that sets it apart.
