16.9oz bottle. Pours hazy golden orange with huge white foamy head that lingers. Incredible lacing. Aroma of saison yeast and grass and citrus rind. Taste has lots of peppery spice and yeast and some herbal funkiness as well. Very refreshing saison.

Pours a very cloudy yellow with a thin white head and plenty of lacing. Aroma is ripe banana, cloves, gooseberry and lemon, with bready malts. Taste is very sweet with some sour bitterness towards the long finish with a fizzy mouthfeel. Definitely improved as it warmed up and an enjoyable wheat saison.

33cl bottle from Marks & Spencer. Cloudy yellow with a foaming white head. Slightly sour citrus aromas. The taste has peach, apricot, green apple, leather and barnyard notes. Quite tart flavours with notes of preserved lemons. An interesting sour bitterness. A refreshing and complex saison. Highly drinkable.

Copenhagen 30/1 2017. 50 cl bottle from Meny. The characteristic "Ø" in red on the label. Does not seem to be especially naked. Pours cloudy pale yellow with bubbly white head. Settles as thin creamy layer of foam. Lacing on the side of the glass. Aroma has light sweetness with a little peach. But aroma is dominated by more sour fruit like gooseberry, citrus and lemon. Quite strong fizzy carbonation with slightly thick palate. Flavor is lightly sweet followed by strong tart citric sourness. Aftertaste is tart as well with some spices. Fine fresh Saison. Some would say that this should be enjoyed on a warm summer night. But what the hell. You need to remember summer whan your fighting your way through winter.

Bottle, from Marks & Spencer. Hazy lemon gold, thin but sustained white head, good condition. Gentle tangy citrus in the nose with some earthy yeast notes and a hint of gunpowder and almond. Soft and yeasty in the mouth with a gentle lemon citrus note and a solid dry bitterness, there is a little funkiness and a suggestion of sweet malt. Finish is dry and yeasty with some barnyard notes and a little citrus but a dominant chalky bitterness lingers longest.

Bottle from M&S. Hazy gold in colour, with a decent, white, head. A yeasty beer with grainy malts, some stone fruits and a surprisingly boozy finish. Ok.
