06.11.2014, 0,375l bottle (batch #11) sampled @ BBGTC tasting:
Very light straw colored, completely clear. Aroma is slightly sweet, fermented rice, minerals, boozy alcohol (slightly in the direction of thinner), hay, wood. Taste is slightly sweet fruity, minerals, fermented rice, hay, alcohol, wood, licorice, hints of fruits. Slightly watery mouthfeel, mild warming alcohol. Fair enough.

ClubGonzo (5683) - Bergen, NORWAY - NOV 6, 2014
Bottle, shared with BBGTC. Crystal clear straw yellow body. Aroma is pears, glass noodles, pears, thinner-like alcohol, hints of pepper and wood. Taste is alcohol, rice noodles, hints of aniseed and sweet raisin-like tones. Pretty tasty, but a bit alcoholic somehow.

Sigmund (8025) - Tau, NORWAY - MAY 9, 2013
350 ml green bottle, from the brewery. ABV is 17%. No carbonation. Clear colour, nearly like water, but with a faint greenish-yellowish hue. The aroma is fairly fruity, also notes of alcohol, marzipan, mushrooms and rice. Sweetish and alcoholic flavour, notes of cheap homemade white wine, mushrooms and some fruit. I do no longer expect ever to grasp the Greater Meaning of sake, and this one brought me no closer to enlightenment.

Beer5000 (6825) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - FEB 25, 2013
350 ml bottle. Clear, pale straw golden body with no head. The consistence is a bit oily. Mild, subdued complex and really delicate aroma of fruit, especially citric fruit and a hint of something between canned pear and peach. Flavour is delicate as in aroma, relatively strong fruity for sake, acidic like berries, mild gooseberries, mild warming alcohol and a hint of yeast. Fine body and a long, quite refreshing, slightly acidic aftertaste. This is the best sake I have tasted so far. Nice by itself and a perfect match with blue cheese.

VsXsV (4572) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - OCT 7, 2012
Bottle at Stockholm Beer and Whiskey Festival 2012. Clear, grape/green liquid. Aroma of rice, pear, grain, mushrooms and light booze. Taste is dry with notes of rice and mushrooms. Light to medium bodied.

SirLimpsalot (4705) - SWEDEN - SEP 29, 2012
Stockholm Beer & Whiskey 2012: Mycket torr, men ändå frisk och även vinös på en gång. Lätt men kanske lite tunn i eftersmaken.

gyllenbock (10033) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - SEP 28, 2012
Sample at SBWF 2012, Master Class with Kjetil Jikiun. Very clear, almost like water. No head. This one felt "refreshing" with yeast, fruit, almonds and rice. Did not notice any alcohol.

gunnfryd (15502) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 8, 2012

abemorsten (3683) - Mosterøy, NORWAY - FEB 8, 2012
Sampler at the brewery. Clear straw golden with no head. Aroma of ripe yellow apples, rice and pears. Sweet and vinuous with notes of berries and flowers. Full body. Light astringent mouth feel and a hint at a carbonated feeling on the tongue. Alcoholic warmth in the mouth and down the throat.
