Una Barley Wine ahumada envejecida durante un año en barrica de bordón. Nogne sin duda de mi Brewery preferidas FaithHealer1 (358) - SCOTLAND - JUL 3, 2012
Keg, as part of North Bar (Leeds)’s 15th birthday. Pours a murky, coppery brown. Aroma is utterly stunning - smells like an opulent smoking room. Leather with a tobacco note from the smoke, and bourbon. German/polish sausage, caramel, figs, dark fruits as well. Taste is caramel/toffee, with dark fruits, figs. Plenty of bourbon and oaky vanilla. Oh, and a lot of smoke, too, defenite sausage-y taste. As rich as a barleywine, with the same alcohol kick, too. Long, lingering finish that’s impressively balanced, given how f*cking batshit crazy this stuff is. Ridiculously good, with one of the best aromas I’ve ever had in a beer. Great stuff. bulldogops (2493) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - OCT 6, 2016
Rating #2256 - 2015.12.15 - Draught @underground_yeg. Pours a midnight black in colour with a minimal tan head that fades quickly. Distinct smoky, vanilla/toffee aroma oozes out. Very unique body, medium alcohol warmth, predominant smokiness on the palate tempered with the dry, bitter roast malt character of the stout. Bourbon vanilla comes through splendidly, and yet the smokiness is still the star. Wondrous. Alexus (242) - Stavanger, NORWAY - MAR 20, 2012
Bottle shared @ Cardinal, Stavanger. Dark brown in color, hazy, with a small tan head. Intense aromas of oak barrels, some peated malts, coffee, licorice and faint vanlilla. Somewhat salty flavors, a good round flavor from the peated malt. Some dark dried fruits, brown sugar and some roasted malts.
A nice sipper ale, which you will spend a long time to drink. Furseth (2161) - Kungälv, SWEDEN - OCT 10, 2012
Bottle,Thanx to MR.Rask: Hazy dark red colour, with a almost flat head. Aroma is dominated of woody, vanilla, a bit sournes, smokey. Flavor had a mix of woody, smokey, vanilla, sweet maltynes. Big body, and a long smokey finish. Nice and Complex this one

Bottle. Another jewel from trade with Palme. Pours dark brown color, beaige head. Aroma is great - peated, whiskey, wine, smoked, vanilla. Taste is also smoked, plums, dark chocolate, hints of sourness, grapes. Alcohol was very well hidden. This is a very nice beer. DeanF (2464) - Alberta, CANADA - MAR 8, 2016
Nice creamy head and black body with ruby notes. Aroma of leather, cherry, oak, roast beef. Flavour is leather and meat, not as complex as it could be. Nice on the mouth and alcohol is expertly well hidden. Really smart beer, not quite a symphony but definitely a damn good solo. Jashiu (1315) - Gdañsk, POLAND - DEC 22, 2016

Smells od barrel, something peats and dried fruit.
Taste is sweet and full of dried fruit.
Very slick on the tongue
Superb beer. I’ve enjoyed it a lot
Bottle shared with (and courtasy of) ClubGonzo, thanks a million, mate! Has a deep, dark brown colour with just a little white head. The smell is formidable with a distinct bourbon aroma of sweet and fruity malt. I also sence cognac, prunes, sweet biscuits and barbeque sauce. The taste is amazingly round and of smokey bourbon, not as powerful as pure bourbon, but smooth. More dried fruits and prunes in the flavor with hints of alcohol. Barbeque sauce is also present in the mouth, but also exciting notes of anise and licorice. The beer is perceived as both soft, silky and oily in the mouth. What a great beer with delicious flavours that are both round and pleasant. A totally joyful brew. KnutAlbert (6754) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAR 20, 2012
Strong aroma of oak and alcohol. Smoke, hops and bitter herbs, the bourbon adding a sweetness that is an extra dimension. But is it really needed? I feel the Suntrunbrew is complex enough, and this did not improve what was already a next-to-perfect beer.
