Small beige head. Clear dark brown body. Syrupy tar and molasses aroma with roasty licorice notes. Sweet perfumy smoky spicy taste with musty vanilla notes. Full-bodied. Mild, flat, slightly hot mouthfeel. Dryish alcohol and vanilla aftertaste with smoky tarry lavender perfume notes. Too perfumy and sweet, but the base beer shines through and is still great.
