500ml bottle. NIce citrus, caramel and spicy aromas. Pours murky orange with frothy off white head, persistent, good lacework. Medium body, oily, sticky texture, average carbonation. Taste is citrus, some earthy, fruity, some caramel. Alcohol well integrated, not too sweet for a 2IPA. Really enjoyable.

The aroma is fruity. The flavor is wonderful and also fruity with a little tone of caramel. Not too dry. Long aftertaste. Even a really good Double IPA. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

The hops assault you the second you either smell or taste it. But this is not just a simple hop monster, this has a fruity kick. If you have ever owned a cricket bat the smell of linseed oil come through as well. This is a serious beer, this beer could look after itself in a bar fight.

frisk god syrlig duft av citrusfrukter. Lite skum langs kant. Gulbrun dunkel farge. Frisk og nydelig litt surlig smak av citrusfrukter. Leskende og godt.

50cl bottle. Amber color with a medium sized white head. Fruity hoppy aroma with orange, pine and malt. Flavor is quite bitter with orange, pine, grapefruit, sweetish malt and some herbal notes. Medium bodied, bitter aftertaste.

Nice palate. Taste is pretty deep. Really fuity aroma. Thick mouth feeling. Like a peachy nectar but with a ton of hops. It takes some time to swallow down. If one likes a fruity IPA with a full-blown aroma-hop-blowjob, with a Belgian yeast-twist, this is the one.

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2013 Uklar, lys brun. Grape og en anelse fersken i lukten. Mineralsk, litt tobakk. Bare noen få dråper gir masse smak. Bitter lang ettersmak. Smakt igjen 27.12. 2013 (2009 årgang) Brunorange med tynt hvitt skum. Moden stenfruk og grape. Fyldig, bitter litt søtlig smak. Medium kullsyre behagelig fyldig og bitter ettersmak ( første rating 3.3 )

bottled, batch 937, brewed 12.03.2013. Pours intense light amber to orange, clear one with white-off medium top, light lasing, average duration foam, frothy one. Aroma - first was dominant hops, but later became more malty, light spicy, mild pungent, ... hmm a bit boiled vegetables as well, hops are mostly herbal-spicy, malt sweetness. Taste - malt sweetness plus good bitter from hopping, also some notes of roasted or toasted malt bitter reminds me of nutty flavor notes. Palate - medium to full body, thick, slick-oily texture, soft carbonation, long, bitter finish, pleasant herbal bitter aftertaste. To me this brew is interesting in two things. First it has nutty flavor what is something new to me in this style and second is that I actually can’t say exact what this is DIPA or IIPA, cause malt profile is enough to confuse to say it is or not Imperial IPA. Some critics in aroma. Overall - liked, but this is mostly due to IBU.
