50 cL bottle, thanks to faroeviking. Pours hazy yellow with a diminished white head. Citrus fruity and yeasty. Dry flavour, spiced, banana and mild wheaty. Lingering citrus finish into a solid spiced finish. Ungstrup (37231) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - AUG 29, 2004
An unclear yellow beer with a small collapsing whtie head. The aroma contains notes of coriander, yeast, and wheat. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of coriander. A boring wit. joergen (27970) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 29, 2005

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat, mild coriander and other spices along with some yeast and fruits. Flavour is quite much the same along with some slight hints of eggyness. Still a quite nice witbier.

Bottle. Pours a hazy pale yellow colour with a big white head. Fruity citrus aroma. Sweet wheat flavor with nice hints of citrus. Sweet malty finish. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - DEC 1, 2005
(Bottle 50 cl) Aged sample. Unclear amber golden with a tall, dissipating head. Heavy carbonation. Lovely fruity esters - oddly I sense some banana, when the style is Belgian Wit. Lightly sweet malt with notes of coriander. Pleasant all right but comes closer to a Belgian Blond Ale (probably due to it’s age). Thanks to Yngvar for this rare gem. 271105 omhper (24963) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUL 28, 2004
Bottled. Cloudy pale yellow. Orangey aroma. Medium sweet with some rounded papery malt, but still fairly thin. There’s som oraneg jam, but the flavour is quite short, and IMO this beer does not live up to the very high expectations I have on Nøgne Ø. madmitch76 (24360) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JUN 3, 2012

Hazy gold beer. Light semi crisp and dry palate. Citrus orange and lemon with a bitter edge. A hint of spice in the aftertaste. Finishes quite soft and frothy but also with a carbonated bite. Bitter aftertaste. Impressive flavour for it’s abv.
Very nice example, stuck half way between the German and the Belgian versions of the style, more citrusy, so closer to Belgium. Decent.
