Aroma is moderate malty, hay, roasted, caramel, light nutty, moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.
50 cL can, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours cloudy dark amber with a small tan head. Aroma is mild roasted and light metallic. Fruity, roasted and dry malty flavoured. Vague metallic touch. Lingering dry roasted malt flavoured finish. Ungstrup (38932) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - OCT 28, 2009
Can. A hazy amber beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, metal, and bread, leading to a dry metallic finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing. oh6gdx (26485) - Vasa, FINLAND - JAN 19, 2009
Can, from Prisma, Vaasa. Hazy brown colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is sour fruits and mild matyness. Flavour is the same in a rather unpleasant way. Some hints of plastic pipe. I wonder if this can was infected, as it’s content was close to undrinkable. omhper (25949) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - SEP 27, 2009
Canned, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy nut brown, small head. Fruity with some molasses. Sweet and light bodied, mushy. No bitterness. Like a pale lager with artificial colouring.

Can 50 cl. Courtesy of oh6gdx. Pours a hazy orangey brown with an off-white head. Tart aroma, some roasted maltiness. Medium body, roasted malts, vitamin and an underlying tartness. No real bitterness. 230909 saxo (19569) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - JUN 12, 2011
Can. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are malt with toasted notes, notes of nuts, caramel and hops. TBone (18552) - Pori, FINLAND - JAN 13, 2009
Can (BB 07/2009).
Murky dark brown color, vanishing white head. Same weird yeast-like aroma than in Året Runt, some raisins with hints of pulp and chocolate. Starts fizzy, taste has brown sugar, raisins ... and then in the finish grassy hops and peppery note. Aftertaste is a bit malty. Somewhat watery palate, but a decent Finnish 4.5% beer. 5 Not much aroma, simple sweetish roasty malts.
4 Looks pretty OK, as a dunkel should, nice head, quite viscous.
5 Full sweetish malty roast, maybe a little astringent and metallic in places, but only slightly. Not a bad beer.
3 Full smooth palate, OK carbonation. Not much complexity to the finish, mostly the continuation of the taste.
10 Does what it says on the tin. Kinda brown. I liked it as a fullsome sauna drink at the Nokia team social a couple of weeks back, where I didn’t realise it was a tick. Hence the slightly sketchy recollection.
Can, 4.5%. Lagery aroma with a whiff of smoke. Cloudy dark brown colour with a hint of red. Big rocky light brown head. The flavour is very cardboardy. Also a bit roasted. OK mouthfeel. Papery finish.
