Clear medium to dark brown color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dark malt, sour malt, light roasted. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart malt - fruit, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.

Can at home in Salisbury. Pours clear brown with a small, creamy tan head. Wet burnt leaves in the aroma. Light sweet flavor with some coffee, wet ash, leaves, dirt, some tangy dark malts. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Light sweet finish with further lightly tangy dark malts, more dirt and ash, charred leaves. Pretty weak on every front. Draft - Toasted malts and light chocolate. Dark brown with a rich but thin light brown head. Toasted malts, light chocolate and toffee. Basic but very well done.
