UPDATED: JUN 27, 2012 (draught @ several beer festivals in Prague) Amber colour, hazy, with a creamy head. Looks very appealing to me. Aroma of citrus/lemon peel, tropical fruit (mango, passion fruit). Nice toasted malty notes. Medium (not over the top) bitterness, minimal sweetness. Light to medium body. Less alcohol than an IPA, but very aromatic - therefore very drinkable. You should see the large satisfied grin on my face! [Update: I have had this one again a few times since my first rating, liked it even better, and miss it already. Reason enough to bump up my rating]. satanda (439) - CZECH REPUBLIC - JAN 24, 2014

Cesky pivni festival, Nota Bene, tocene. Intenzitou chute a vune uz me pripomina spis ipu. Ovsem ma mene alkoholu. Typicka citrusova chut a vune jde v tomto pripade do grepu, coz me vyhovuje, ale lidem kteri nemaji radi grep to dost vadilo. Roublard (218) - Prague, CZECH REPUBLIC - DEC 19, 2013
Bottled. Very amazing aroma - rich of fruits (oranges, banana, apples), citrus and hops. Hazy and a bit cloudy golden body and slightly brownish thin foam. Properly carbonized, good balanced, thin texture, really drinkable. Nice good finish, a bit dry and long, lovely hoppy. Probably an ideal APA, but the appearance could be a bit better. angelkostvo (1227) - CZECH REPUBLIC - OCT 28, 2012
Color is caramel with no head at all. Aroma is grapefruit, caramel, apple, something like pineapple as well may be. Teste is as good as the aroma you can feel the fruity note the souerness with a bit sweet and bitter at the end, mouthfeel. Overall amazing beer the best czech APA I’ve had. ladnewton (1936) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 27, 2012
LIVE RATING: Half-litre bottle from a friend returning from Prague. Poured into nonic pint glass. Unfiltered copper with creamy white head and lacing columns. Sweet yeastiness and grassy hop aroma. Richly hoppy in-mouth with leafy, fresh hoppiness and developing tongue-tickling citrus kick. Grass and grapefruit finish with touches of tangerine. Upper-mouth bitterness. Enjoyably zingy mouthfeel and a medium body. A deliciously flavoursome 4.8% bottle conditioned ipa. I am loving it! sputnikus (96) - Brno, CZECH REPUBLIC - JAN 8, 2013
Bottle. Forms stable white foam over orange, cloudy liquid. Aroma is grassy (like a spring meadow), with caramel and yeasts in it. Taste is very complex and balanced, mostly sweet with long bitter finish. Beer is very light, thin textured with lively carbonation. For me it’s ideal APA, very tasty and refreshing.
