Hazy deep amber beer with tidy pale cream coloured head. Palate is slightly soft and dry. Pretty sweet lactose. Mild minerals. Touch of paper and mild dried fruits. Dry finish. A bit of a mess.

Dark chestnut amber, minimal head soon dissipated. Rich toffee sweetness plus slight tartness. Sweet, toffee, caramel, fruitcake, rich marmalade. Low carbonation. Long fruity finish.
On bottle at Olympen. Amber color, sediments - some foam. Aromas of caramel, malt, dried fruits. Medium/ full body & complexity . Quite sweet. Enjoyable

Bittle: Thanks Papsø: Served in a Chouffe glass:
Dark orange amber brown pour.
Very small creamy light beige foamy head which turns quick into a lacing on top of a hazy dark amber colored beer.
Aromas of toast, meat, vegetables, soap, cooking butter with meat, malts, nuts, oatmeal, barley malts, leaves and yeast.
Flavours of oatmeal, porridge, yeast, malts, toast, bitters, some rose hip, hint of liquorice wood, leaves, barley malts, nuts, some wood and cream.
Aftertaste is a strange mix of porridge, meat cooked in butter, malts, oatmeal, meal and some bitters...
Low carbo, soft creamy close to silky mouthfeel, medium to full body and a oily texture.
Strange beer with strange flavours to detect, but it’s ok...

Clear medium to dark amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, burnt sugar, brown sugar, light to moderate yeasty, light alcohol. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sugary, caramel, burnt malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic.
Bottle. Label says that it is a saison. Muddy brown appearance with a small head. Fruity with a trace of liquorice and very warming. Really weird label. Interesting and different which is not what you usually say about beers from Spain. Worth trying. gunnar (9466) - Sandnes, NORWAY - AUG 22, 2013

Saison?? Härlig kolaton. Vörtbröd. Ganska lätt för så pass stark. Tar en flarra på rummet dagen före det legendariska blåbärssläppet
