Una Scotch Ale es color ámbar oscuro sin filtrar de baja carbonatacion y espuma. Su aroma es a Malta caramelo, toffee. Su sabor concentra el caramelo y frutos secos con un final seco.

333 ml bottle. Clear smell of citric but with cereals. Nice amber-brown color with white head. Bitter acid taste, but balanced and with a nice finish and overall good sensation in your mouth. My only "but" with this beer is the lack of a concrete flavour. It doesn’t really have personality: it’s a good boring beer, just like a mercedes is a good boring car. Dark copper in color, very good head retention. Very low aroma, grapes, red fruits, the same in flavor, fruity, with same bitterness and hop flavor like their Indian pale. Very watery beer. Very amateur. I don’t know how this brewery is winning awards with this kind of beers.... A waste of time and money. Drinking_77 (145) - Basel, SWITZERLAND - JUN 14, 2014
UPDATED: DEC 11, 2014 Review: Bottle of Nomade Scotch Ale, 6.7%ABV
Nomade Scotch Ale, in a Scottish style, is a very pleasant beer made with a fine selection of traditional and smoked malts.
On pouring, a dark brown color appeared with a good head that stayed well and leaving a good amount of lacing as you would expect from a good ale.
The aroma was a bit fruity and malty.
The taste was a sweet malty flavor with notes of grapes and smoked malts.A small bitter aftertaste that wasn’t overwhelming. It was interesting that it took a short while for the alcohol to kick in, which it did by the end. Found it quite a strong drink to have, and can imagine the fun to be had after a few of these tough boys! thebeertourist (5188) - Oslo, NORWAY - DEC 21, 2013
Bottle from Cerveceria Imperio, Santiago. Cloudy, ruddy brown colour. Fruity nose, in the mouth also smoked flavours. Good carbonation. Decent.

Bottled from Tottus supermarket, Santiago Pours a cloudy brown color with lots of particles and a big pillowy head. Aroma is malty, heavy with notes of molasses, chestnuts, torroncino, caramel and milk. Neglegible smokey character... barely present at all. Taste is sweet with middle complexity and clear caramel and nutty notes. A slight touch of dried apricots is clear in the finish. Body is big, like a Wee Heavy, smooth and velvety. Off-style but good effort by this Chilean microbrewery. gringoroll (62) - viña del mar, CHILE - APR 13, 2013
UPDATED: APR 20, 2013 Served from a bottle, got it at the jumbo in Viña del Mar. Smoky malt aroma with a strong touch of alcohol, very complex. Something else there I can´t quite make out. Poured a deep amber brown with a strong three fingers of foam that clung to the glass. Fairly smooth, light sweetness and medium bitterness, coffee, good but with something disagreeable in the aftertaste, almost watery, metallic I think . Full bodied and sticky, not so good, but not ¨bad¨either.
