Banana nutty clove Belgian yeasty aromas and flavors. Aroma has a bit of lagerish funk but not much in the taste. Has a good amount of flavor but still light. Enjoyable overall. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at Stadsbrouwhuis, Leiden: Cloudy blonde colored brew with thirstquenching abillities, but with Americanesque hoppy hints.

Fluffy, somewhat irregular off-white head, with a bit of lace, fed by very lively carbonated orangey-golden beer, hazy. End of bottle full Hefe. Nose with aroma of fresh pipetobacco, if fleetingly, then orangezeste, flattening in time. Maybe a tad of solvent remaining; Bitterish. Again some tobacco! dry leaves, very faint caramel. Finish shows some wheat, but hardly any acidity. Solvent again arriving late, the only typical Weizen feature. Bit sticky, not very well bodied, but very carbonated. Strange beer, certainly for a "Weizen".

After hard work out w/ grandkids. Opaque golden yellow, white lasting, lacing foam. Light citrus aroma, nice taste. Again citrus notes. Great beer for the moment. (Rotterdam 201603)

Benzai (16783) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - FEB 16, 2016
Bottle @ home. A bit hazy orange color, medium to full sized off-white to beige head. Smell and taste wheat, slightly a hint of herbs or spices, lightly sweet initally but in the finish bitterness accompanied by some sharp a bit fizzy carbonation. Not a typical weizen.

erickok (6036) - Leuven, BELGIUM - FEB 8, 2016
Hmm, interesting. Not tour typical Weizen. In fact, I would have never ever guessed that. Quite clear, lager like yeast, ethanol like almost. Light amber malts. Maybe some clove spice that reveals some of its style. Reasonably bitter. Very light body, watery, if you will. It’s okay, an oddity, bit too less carbonation (even out of the style, in style it would be dead flat). (33cl bottle from SpeciaalBierPakket Leiden)

Maakun (6582) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - NOV 8, 2015
Bottle shared at get kermis to 8k tasting, thanks to deanso. Hazy golden with fluffy white head. Dried apple, spices, quite some herbs, minerals, sand, some sweet grains. Light sweet and medium bitter finish. Medium bodied. Not a classic weizen, that’s for sure. Not my thing.

kermis (14759) - The Hague / Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - NOV 8, 2015
Bottle shared thanks to Deanso at the Get Kermis to 8k tasting. Pours hazy orange with a medium white head. Aroma of yeast, light fruit, light malt and herbal notes. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with light carbonation.
