500ml bottle at Ristorante Al Castello, Ingolstadt. Not so wheaty, more on the dunkel side, but a solid beer, with nice malty and yeasty notes. Beerhunter111 (23785) - Beerland, GERMANY - JUN 1, 2017
50cl bottle. Pours hazy dark brown colour with a mid-sized most good lasting beige head. Aroma of caramelish malt, wheat, yeast, clove. Taste of carmelish spicy malt, clove, yeast, breadish malty finish. DanielBrown (4580) - Birmingham (via Leicester), West Midlands, ENGLAND - APR 29, 2016
Bottle at Octoberfest Pub, Parsons Green. Sticky thin bran braan weisse. I find this a bit lacking in umami punch. Too sweet, not compelling enough. Supped as Leicester scored their first and second against Swansea. hawanna (3390) - Freising, GERMANY - FEB 20, 2014

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy opaque brown with a dense off-white head. Lovely aroma of overripe fruit and yeast. Medium body, banana and overripe fruit with a little burned caramel. Yeast and vitamins. Ends dry. 161010 pivnizub (10964) - Bochum, GERMANY - JUN 21, 2009
Bottle (thanks to Jonas!): Hazy, ruby amber coloured, slowly collapsing fluffy off-white beige head; mainly toasty and dark-malty aromas in the nose, traces of burnt malt in the finish; metallic sweetish-bitter taste, light to medium bodied; a light tart-sourish touch in the light sweet-caramelly finish, combined with a quite empty MF. No glory....... MoritzF (10237) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - JUN 3, 2009
(bottle) Cloudy, murky brown colour with a big off-white foamy head. Yeasty, slightly dusty and ashy aroma with a moderate wheat-character and light fruity notes of banana and a tinge of vanilla in the background. Slightly sourish favour, light to medium bodied with a lively, slightly sharp carbonation. Toast-malty, slightly ashy taste with traces of banana; almost dry and slightly fruity finish with light phenolic spices. Decent Dunkelweizen (03.VI.09).
