COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Nørrebro Bryghus er stolt over at præsentere verdens måske første Enzyme Pale Ale.

On tap at Ølfestival 2011. It’s an unclear one, orange golden in color. It’s quite grainy on the nose, with a pleasant citrus peel-like fruityness. A bit more sweet on the palate than I would like it, with pale malts, some cracker flavors, citrus peel and some resin and a quite pleasant bitterness stretching long into the swallow. Full-bodied and a bit heavy on the carbonation, guess that could easily be adjusted. Overall, a bit sweet, but tasteful and easy drinkable. 110526
