Draught at brewpub. Golden to light amber, tiny pale head. A bit grainy nose, husks, hay, even tobacco. Flavor has pretty strong fresh hop cones, grass and hay, bitterness overpowering, lots of earth, slightly stodgy and out of balance. Medium bodied, smooth palate. Not really a hint of Chinook/simcoe profile, bitterness gets numbing after a while. I’d sure like to sample this again. thewolf (12535) - Kolding, DENMARK - SEP 22, 2009

Pours a wonderful, clear amber with a small, staying, creamy, white head. Lovely hoppy aroma, grassy, piney, grapefruit, fine, elegant crispy malts. Elegant carbonation, lovely dry and hoppy mouthfeel. Flavour has lots of resiny, piney hops, very grassy, light fruitiness. Very dry, very elegant. Lovely with a slight warming feel. Straightforward but so incredibly well-made and even more drinkable.
Draught at Nørrebro Bryghus, København, Denmark. Clear amber colour with small off-white head. Delicious fruity hoppiness in aroma. Nice bitter American hoppiness in flavour. Not much of an aftertaste. Easy to drink.

(Draught at the brewpub on 2009-09-15) Golden and almos clear. Medium sized and bubbly head that sticks to the sides of the glass. Hops and fruitiness and fresh aroma. Medium bodied and dry palate with medium carbonation. Malts, fruitiness, hops, citricness, bitterness and lightly sweetness in taste. Bitter, long lasting aftertaste. thebeertourist (5189) - Oslo, NORWAY - AUG 25, 2009
On tap at the brewpub. Hazy amber, small head. Grapefruity hoppiness, very bitter, yet strangely harmonious. Wonderful. Worth the climb.

Amber color; big head; nice lace. Nice aroma of American hops and toffee. Medium body strength, but the strong caramel flavor creates a good mouthfeel; strong bitterness, a bit citrusy and resiny. Long final, with more resins. Good.
UPDATED: APR 11, 2009 On tap. Pours a clear pale amber with a creamy, off-white head leaving neat curtains of lacework. Extremely fresh and fruity hop aroma. Medium body with a soft mouthfeel, light malt and caramel accents, but overwhelmingly dominated by a dry and spicy hopping. 020209 Dedollewaitor (16056) - Odense, DENMARK - FEB 12, 2009
UPDATED: FEB 17, 2009 Tap at Norrebro bryghus. Cloudy orange with a creamy white head. Aroma is sooo inviting of fruity hops. Pine, orange & peach. Waaauuw. Medium bodied. Crisp. Very hoppy and dry fruity taste. This reminds me of old soccer cards from Mexico 1986 which had gum on the backside. I still have the cards and they smell exactly like the hops and aroma is this Norrebro pale ale. Only good . . . yummi!
