UPDATED: APR 11, 2009 (On tap) Hazy, dark brown with a small, creamy off-white head leaving a small, discreet lacework. The nose is surprisingly neutral - perhaps with a wee hint of fruit. Fairly solid body with notes of yeast and some fruit, although the fruit profile is a bit blurred - hence no distinct citrus- or banana esters. Not bad but far from outstanding. 300106 Mads Langtved (2240) - Copenhagen K, DENMARK - JAN 29, 2006
Draught at the brewpub. Dark, cloudy brown appearance. Some banana and yeast is noticable. Warming alcoholic finish. A smooth beer. ThomasE (5174) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JAN 26, 2006
Murky brown colour with a small beige head. Malty and sweet nose with notes of plum. Fruity sweet flavor with a light spicyness and a warming alcohol note in the dry finish. madsberg (11799) - Søborg, DENMARK - JAN 23, 2006
Draught @ the brewpub: Dark amber coloured. Murky. Beige small head. Served too cold for my likings. Loads of yeast, banana and other typical wheat aromas. The same goes for the flavour. Spice (light cloves), banana, yeast and fruit. Is quite smooth and mellow. Sweet. Leaves a light alcohol touch on the lips. Ends on a fruity, spiced and yeasty note. Quite good IMO. (on tap)Murky, light brown colour, white head. My first thought is that this coulden´t b 8%, such a light, banana-vanilla nose and watery mouth can produce that. But the fullness in taste does catcth it somewhat. Still, not a hard beer and could be dangerous i large amounts.

Draught at the brewpub. Muddy orange colour with a medium tan head. Sweet fruity, light spicy aroma and a sweet wheaty, fruity, light alcoholic, spicy taste. Medium body with a fresh sharp finish. Ungstrup (38941) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JAN 15, 2006
An unclear amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is yeasty combined with notes of marzipan, while the flavor is wheaty with light notes of bananas and oranges. A little too fruity for a Weizen bock. The original hand-brewed version was strong with caramel notes and almost undetectable wheat. So the version are very different, but non really strike me as Weizen bocks. ToolHead (266) - København, DENMARK - JAN 14, 2006
Draught at Nørrebro Bryghus. Served in sample glass. Murky brown w/ minimal head. Sweetish licorice-dominated aroma. The flavor is nicely malty and solid, sweetish, lightly acidic and spicy (licorice). Quite long finish. Jeppe (2634) - Brooklyn, Alabama, USA - JAN 13, 2006

A muddy orange beer with a small off-white head. Sweet in the aroma with notes of malt and chocolate and a light spicyness, but no sign of wheat. Extremely dry mouthfeel and flavor dominated by a peppery spicyness and malt with a warming sensation from the alcohol. Tones of yeast and wheat. Quite sharp in the flavor and a tad bland imo.
Draft at the brewpub.
Hazy orange red coloured with a small white head.
Aroma of malts and fruits with notes of spices.
Sweet flavour of malts, fruits, bananas, spices, hops and alcohol.
