Bottle 50cl. @ home.yespr (46568) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - NOV 16, 2008
Clear dark dark brown color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige to light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, coffee, cacao, dusty, spicy notes, moderate hoppy, light note of oak. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
60 cL bottle. Pours pitch black and with a slowly diminishing chocolate brown head. Aroma is roasted malty and delicately x-mas spiced of cinnamon, cloves and cardemomme. Sweet and fruity flavoured at first with a mild roasted acidci note and dry chocolate/malty and coffeish dark flavours. Goes into a mild acidic and warming finish with a dry impression. Lingering spiced on the back of the tongue. Nicely balanced and good with cheese. I sensed a vague smoke note in this one. Ungstrup (38141) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - DEC 28, 2008

The flavor is sweet malty with notes of roasted malt as well as lighter notes of soy sauce, bourbon, and alcohol, leading to a dry woody finish. joergen (28770) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - DEC 4, 2008
