Draught @ Norrebro Bryghus, Ryesgade 3, 2200 Copenhagen, Denmark.

Unclear matt light yellow colour with a small small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, butter, sharp and a bit more butter. Ughrrr ... not nice. Flavour is light heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, citrus, lacto - soured mild, vinegar notes, and offcouse loads of butter - sweet butter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. IMO very bad .. and i did NOT finsh my glass .. Why do they serve this ?? [20130316]

Ungstrup (38587) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAR 5, 2013
Draft. A hazy light yellow cider with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, vinegar, diacethyl, and a bit of apples. The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of vinegar, lemons, diacethyl, and apples, leading to a dry finish, the diacethyl mellows out during drinking, but still a bit sharp for me.
