(on tap)Holds a weak head, big bubbles. Very nice tan color, lasting, mild carbonation. Sweet ´n´sour smell and a malty tone too. Starts very good in the taste, fresh, round; it´really tries to hit that maltyflvour, but tends to flat out. Hoppy end, that clears the palete. An easy dinkable beer. jfm (1724) - Holbæk, DENMARK - MAR 1, 2004
Golden color with a white head. The taste is sweet and malty with a nice hoppy palate. Feels kind of watery. Dixen (1466) - Flagstaff, Arizona, USA - FEB 26, 2004
UPDATED: MAY 17, 2004 Draught at the brewpub. Nothing much to say... Not much taste of malt and hops. Quite boring... Grassy aroma. Lightly golden appearance. MartinKubert (862) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - DEC 4, 2003
Golden colour. Mild carbonation. Quite hoppy aroma. A little sweet flavour combined with a bitter finish. Nice bitterness in palate. Jeppe (2634) - Brooklyn, Alabama, USA - DEC 3, 2003
UPDATED: NOV 15, 2004 Draught at Nørrebro Bryghus (only place available). What a nice lager!! Lots of taste, more like an ale. Very small head on a clear amber body. Nose of sweet caramel. Sweet flavor with tones of malt and caramelt. A little bitter hoppy aftertaste. This is a great lager and definately the best lager I have ever tasted!!

Simpler than I remember, with some malt flavor, but no crispy character and no noble hop.
2003-11-17, draught at the brewpub, 6-3-7-4-14=34
Gold color. Pretty nice hop aroma and malt. Good body strength, with a good malt (yet dry) and very well balanced later by the hopping (also aromatic). Good one.
Draught: Orange/amber coloured. Unclear. Light white head, that dosn't last long. Sweet and malty with notes of yeast in the nose. Flowers, citrus and fruitflavours. Light bitter in the end with some sourness and notes of apple. Hildigöltur (5104) - København, DENMARK - OCT 27, 2003
Amber coloured. Quite sweet and malty. The finish is a little too thin and the aftetaste doesn't last for very long. An average brew. JohnBarleycorn (537) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 20, 2003
Beautiful amber colour makes this lager more of a eye-full than your typical lager. Consistent carbonation throughout the half-hour lifespan of this beer is another indication of quality. A very dense and full nose displays tempting aromas of cherry syrup, burnt sugar (natural caramel), and some interesting citrus notes – think grapefruit. Excellent bitterness on the palate is balanced by a pleasant sweetness, with more cherry and caramel, plus a good dose of malt. The best effort at the Nørrebro Bryghus out of the five brews tasted, this is a lager that defies the limitations of your typical Scandinavian lager and, in the process, transcends. A dark amber beer with a fine but disappearing head. The aroma is very slight - but of sweet malt. It was served very cold - too cold for my liking - because the flavor was dulled by the low temperature. The flavor is of a good malt blend with roasted notes (münchner malt?) and bread character. The bitterness comes more from the malt than from the hops. A good beer for a Vienna style. A good replacement for the discontinued Rød Tuborg.
