Pale and cloudy red with a small white head. Berry and alcohol aroma. Sweet flavour with raspberry acidity and some alcohol. Big sticky mouthfeel. Unique experiment and well suited to follow a meal, as long as you stick to a small glass... gnoff (10713) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUL 20, 2007
(Draught at the brewpub) Served warm, which might have made it even worse... Shady red to brown color, small white head. Sticky alcohol scent, a bit sweet and almond paste. Thick alochol and malt with grains taste, some raspberries. Warming alcohol. Thick mouthfeel, low bitterness. Raspberry pip aftertaste. charlotte (5396) - rødovre, DENMARK - JUL 19, 2007

Draught (10cl) - served warm at NB, in a cognac-glass. Clear deep red - small white edges. Aroma: High raspberries, light alcohol. Taste: Lits of white sugar & raspberries, wheat and alcohol. Too simpel. But think of as a spiritus not a beer. Interesting to try - and thats it !! Emil (6065) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUL 18, 2007

UPDATED: APR 11, 2009 (On tap) Hazy, reddish colour with a very small, reddish head. Very intense and concentrated berry aroma. Very full-bodied but never cloying. Again extremely concentrated berry/fruit flavours before a burning alcoholic sensation in the finish combined with a surprising bitterness. This is more like a fruit liqueur really! Unfortunately served at room temperature which didn’t really do it any good, but a fun experiment indeed. 140707 yespr (46530) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - JUL 9, 2007
10 cL from tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a red hue and a 2 finger thick creamy light pink head. Fruity sweet sour raspberry aroma with berries fairly dominant, almost raspberry marmelade aroma. Slight warm, served at room temperature (!!!). Thick sugarish and raspberry sour. Slight burning finish but not too alcohol dominant. Clearly nothing I could drink much of but the 10 cL was great. Ungstrup (38138) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUL 5, 2007
Draft. A hazy deep red beer with a thin fast disappearing beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of raspberries, almonds, alcohol, and fruity esters. The flavor is sweet, but also with a slight acidity, and powerful notes of raspberries and alcohol, that burns slightly on the tongue, and medium notes of almonds and fruit. It is like thick raspberry sirup. joergen (28720) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 5, 2007
Draught at the brewpub.
Cloudy orange red coloured with a small white head.
The aroma is dominated by raspberries with notes of buttersotsch and yoghurt.
Flavour of berries (especially raspberries), caramel and hops.
Hoppy and warming alcoholic finish, though the alcohol is well hidden.
More interesting than good.
