[Sampled with the duo Svoger & Svogergylp at DØE, Valby, 2009.] Wow, what an entry to Valby 2009. First sample and I flew direct to Nirvarna. Haze orange and fast head. Very refreshing lambic/saison notes of citrus, horseblanket, grapefruit, lemon, bretts, dryness and freshness in perfect balance, yeah like an imp. Orval as Scheffel mentions. My first notes were 10-5-10-5-20, but I downdosed it a bit! fonefan (49601) - VestJylland, DENMARK - AUG 13, 2009

Medium bodied with a soft carbonation and light dry texture. Moderated acidic and sweet flavor. Dry wood sour finish. Excellent. henrikb (1263) - Aarhus, DENMARK - JUN 26, 2009
Tap - Very hazy golden body with a fine white head; Very fine amount of aroma, but the aroma itself is not all that pleasant, it has the exact old wet sock aroma of used barrel that has been empty for to long; Quite full body that has barrel and yeast harshness, lots of depth though; Very long finish where the aroma gets much better, menthol like barrel 3 Fonteinen. Strange beer, both very good and not so good! charlotte (5394) - rødovre, DENMARK - JUN 5, 2009
