Draught @ Københavnske Øldage 2007 in Copenhagen. Dark brown color with a average frothy fair lacing mostly diminshing off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, nutty, coffee, vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a short to average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. A hazy deep red beer with a thin orange head. The aroma is sweet with notes of vegetables, roasted malt, caramel, violet, and hints of other spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of tar, roasted chocolate, and alcohol, as well as hints of rose hips and flowers, leading to a bitter roasted end. Draught Købehavnske Øldage 2006. Pours a black colour with a big tan head. Sweet malty coffee aroma. Sweet roasted malty flavor with hints of chocolate and coffee. Roasted malty finish.
