COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
S:t Clara Quadrupel – er en mørkt kobberrød, kraftig og kompleks klosterøltype på 10,1 % alkohol. Duften er intens og krydret med indslag af nelliker, marcipan og appelsinskal. Den fyldige smag er let syrlig, citruspræget med mindelser om hedvin, og den lange, ret tørre eftersmag har krydret bitterhed og noter af træ og læder.

Copenhagen beer festival. Hazy brown beer. Rich aromatic malt. A little bit of a spicy warming finish. Not well joined up and a little weird!

On tap @ EBF. Dim, orange body with a big, creamy off-white head. Aroma reminds me a bit about juice from tropical fruits, but not to powerfull. Flavor is sweet, very sweet and fruity with some caramel and spices. This ends a bit sticky like syrup and alcohol.

Draught@EBF2008. Amber colour, not much head. Aroma is alcohol, sweet stuff, some hints of hops and quite strong raisins. Flavour is quite harsh grass, mild alcohol and raisins. Also some caramel and mild spicy notes.
