Pinot Noir-fadlagret.

English: Stevns CCC Vintage 2009 is a sour mash beer, fermented with concentrated Stevns cherries and aged with Brettanomyces in a solera system, using primarily Pinot Noir barrels, started in 2007 with the original Stevns CCC brew made with Will Meyers from the Cambridge Brewing Co. This vintage of the beer was blended from three different barrels and has an aroma dominated by cherries, smooth brett, dark malts and oak. The very dry and crisp flavour has distinct acidity with fruity and winey notes. The aftertaste is long and complex, with all the flavour elements interchanging, ending on a discreet marzipan and bitter almond note.

Had this one @ CBF 2010. Mahony, amber colored brew. Sour aroma. Flavor has sourness, apple.

Borresteijn (7150) - Zaandam, NETHERLANDS - JUN 11, 2010
Bottle at RBESG Rome Grand Tasting. Murky brown colour, pinkish light brown head. Aroma of sour fruits, cherries, bit of plastic. Falvour is almond/marzipan, light sour cherries and raspberries, bit sweet, sourish finish. Medium bodied.

From [email protected] Beer Festival 2010. No head. Murky dark brown body with a reddish hue. Fresh, acidulous berry aroma, currants and unripe cherries. A whiff of yoghurty sourness. The initial taste is sweet, both sugary and malty, offset by a strong acidic and tart berry fruitiness. Notes of mould and wood. Quite filling. Slick and oily in the mouth. Dry, fruity-tart fade. Nice stuff, fresh and palate cleansing.

Brix (660) - DENMARK - JUN 4, 2010
Tasted 2010-06-04. Pours dark brown, hazy. No head what so ever. Aroma of cookie, cherries and that day old brownie that you’re batlling your entire family to get too first. Flavour: Sour cherries, slightly bretty, but way more complex than "just that": Very tart, and very tasty. Complex on the palate. Nicely done!

skortila (5873) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - MAY 31, 2010
Bottle @ CBF 2010. The aroma has a lot of fruitiness like raspberries, strawberries. Also marzipan there. Hazy, red-brown coloured beer with an off-white and slightly pink head. The taste is sour, tart, fruity and a bit woody. Really nice balance. Good sour ale.

Jonte (1413) - Gothenburg, SWEDEN - MAY 30, 2010
Bottle. Reddish brown with a beige head. Aroma: Light brett, cherries, wood, vinegar, marzipan and spices. Flavor: Tart and acidic, but not in an extreme way, cherries, light brett, metal, wood, marzipan, vinegar, some spiciness. Sour finish. Nice, but I expected more from this beer.

33cl, Limited Release No. 10, new exclusive Danish brew Anno 2010, thx to Jeppe!, complex sour Kriek, yet easy to drink, very balanced, cloudy, small head, very good brew, but very expensive!

This beer taste like a cherry Jolly Rancher. It reminds me of middle school, when I used to sneak these candies during class.

UPDATED: JUN 4, 2011 [Original version] Bottled. A murky red beer with a reddish head. The aroma has strong notes of lacto acid as well as medium notes of cherries, wood, over ripe fruits, and brettanomyces. The flavor is acidic though with an underlying sweetness and notes of wood, lacto acid, cherries, and over ripe fruits, leading to a tart and woody finish.

[Merlot barrel release at Københavnske Øldage 2011] Draft. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of wood, wine grapes, malt, caramel, and cherries. The flavor is sweet and sour with notes of cherries, wood, fruits, brettanomyces, wine grapes, and caramel, leading to a dry finish. [8/3/8/3/16=3.9]

Anker (723) - Hillerød, DENMARK - MAY 25, 2010
At CBF2010. Ohh yes, I love this stuff! Pours a hazy mahogany colour with a tan head. Aroma is nice and sour, with notes of cherries, prunes, raisins, cocos and caramel. Nice cherry, caramel and oak flavoured with a dry tart hint. Splendid!
