Backlog. Tried the bottled version twice and on tap a number of times mainly at the Copenhagen Beer Festival. A immense beer with a high acidity and a pungent cherry-aroma that is simply put, one of the best beers i’ve ever had. fata2683 (2176) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - MAR 27, 2011
enjoyed the weekend of RBWG 2011thanks to Blomster for the bottle, pours dark dense reddish purple with a thin head. Aroma is comlex and wonderful. Tart cherry, strawberry, sour moldy wood, light funk. Flavor is semi-sweet cherry, sweet strawberry, tart lemon rind, horseblanket. Really good stuff. Brix (660) - DENMARK - JUN 4, 2010
Tasted 2010-06-04. Pours dark brown, hazy. No head what so ever. Aroma of cookie, cherries and that day old brownie that you’re batlling your entire family to get too first. Flavour: Sour cherries, slightly bretty, but way more complex than "just that": Very tart, and very tasty. Complex on the palate. Nicely done! Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - APR 29, 2010

Bottle… This beer rocks!… Murky brown ale with a small, creamy, off-white head. Excellent retention. The nose presents big cherries, vanilla, caramel, almonds and moderate funk. Medium to full-bodied and milky with tickling carbonation. Big time standouts in the flavor are caramel and sour cherries. Finishes tart and lightly dry. Kudos to Plovmand for shipping this world class beer to my front door! chibuck (3513) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 28, 2011
This is a special release beer had at the brewery in Copenhagen.
Beer pours a maroon/prune color with a light tan head, lighly opaque...The aroma is super nice, tons of fresh cherries, a little candy cherry with a slight funk finish. Taste is basically the same, sweet and tart, just totally awesome.
There is not ton of funk but its a very good tart cherry ale. Give it a shot, if you can find it. lassem (652) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 4, 2010
Bottle 33 cl from Ølbutikken. The pour is deep red with almost no transparency topped with a pink frothy head that choose to stick around. The nose is pure seet and sour nose from lovely fresh cherries - reminds me almost about christmas and our Rice pudding topped with hot cherry-sauce (without any other comparison) In the aroma there is some wooden notes with a sharp acidic profile behind it. The taste is a bit milder than expected and have a rounder side with the sweet cherry notes in focus. The mouthfeel is medium with a lasting sourness that fades out in a bitter soapy finish where you really can taste the bret. Its absolutely ione of the best beers I have had from NB - or maybe I have been missing out the sour stuff for too long. KimJohansen (10509) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - MAY 7, 2010
Hazy mahogany with a medium off white head. Sour aroma with lacto, brett, cherries and roasted malt. Flavour was quite sour with plenty of nice cherries, roasted malt, lacto, brett and caramelish notes finished sour. darkguardian (733) - Florida, USA - FEB 26, 2011
Bottle courtesy of hopscotch. Crazy rare beer with a crazy cherry nose, full sour with a decent malt backbone. NIce body but its reminscent of Kuhennen Olde Brune but not quite as good of a malt backbone. A great beer with a terrific cherry presence,
