Hazy light yellow color with medium sized head. Wheat and spicy aroma. Taste is moderate sweet. Fine fine witbier.

Bottle (50cl) from Vinmonopolet (Vika), Oslo. Hazy, light amber colour. Inch-thick white head that quickly reduces to a steady film. Aroma of grain, hint of oranges and fermented fruit, lightly spiced (coriander). A kind of ’darker’ wit dominated by grain rather than citrus. Light body, soft carbonation. Lightly lemony bitter-acidic aftertaste. Quite refreshing, but boring.

Hazy golden yellow body and a nice white head. Distinct aroma of citrus and yeast, some wheat as well. Medium sweetness and medium sourness.

18.07.2011. 0,4l Bottle. Føtex, Thisted. Yellow, or hazy orange colour with white head. Aroma is wheaty with clear notes of citrus and banana. Very good flavours of wheat and yeast. Lasting sweetness at the endwith nice soft hops. I was drinking this beer while I was putting up the family tent in pouring rain in Thisted. OMG what a day!

Golden with a small white head. Aroma of biscuit and cereal, some mild spice and a touch of phenols. Sweet bready and cookie spice flavour

CarlJonas (231) - Linköping, SWEDEN - APR 26, 2011
Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head that quickly disappears without a trace. Some coriander on the nose but not much else. Doesn’t reveal much more once you drink it, perhaps some caramel in the after taste. Low on carbonation and taste. Pretty dull.

2.3
Palme (4812) - Bergen, NORWAY - APR 18, 2011
0.4l bottle. Pours a hazy and yeasty straw golden body with a big fluffy everlasting wheat-head. Aroma is hay, citrus, thin yeast, straw and wheat. Really thin and watery texture and the carbonation is medium+. Tastes really citric and sour with a thin note of coriander. Easy to drink but unfortunately also quite boring and a tad to acidic for my taste buds.
