3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Gusher. Pours a murky amber with beige head. Aroma has a bit of farmhouse and toast with some light citrus. Flavor is very much the same with obvious hop profile and some hoppy bitter. Mouth feel is medium body with high fizzy carbonation. Seems to be missing something....just that extra little kick.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Deep amber pour with a big foamy head. Aroma of vinous fruit and wood, sweet malt and a hint of hops. Flavor is similar, with very little sweetness. Interesting brew.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
(on tap) A heavy malted and carameld brew here.Light brown, with no head and a bready, allmost cake-like aroma. Allthough I suspect a high BU, There´s no trace of it in the taste and I really need something else to keep the beer from being another loaded sugarbomb. There´s no help, being so sweet, it needed some hardcore spicing to be more drinkable; I would love to pair it with some deserts, allthough the beer is pretty one-stringed.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Rating # 11 from the danish beer festival 2009.
Dark red look. Hoppy aroma of pine and grape with an underlying caramellic malty sweetness and wood. Flavor is fresh compared to the abv with fresh bitter hop notes and a well rounded alchohol.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
[Sampled with the duo Svoger & Svogergylp at DØE, Valby, 2009.] Deep red brew with fast offwhite head. Notes of true heavy sweet hops with caramel. More notes of warming alcohol, fat sweetness, weak whisky-notes, fullbodied and with a complex aftertaste.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft - Clear amber body with a big white white head; Very pleasant good flowery violet nose; To big carbonation on a to innocent body; Fine violet aromas arrives again in the bitter and sweet finish that lacks a little fill. Alright!
