600ml bottle from the LCBO in Peterborough, Ontario. Golden yellow in colour with a long lasting large white head, excellent lacing. The aroma is spicy, some pepper, citrus, floral, grassy. The flavour is of spice, light sweetness, some bitterness, grass and hay, lemon citrus. Bitter but soft mouthfeel, medium body, moderate carbonation. Finishes long, sweet, slightly warming. Very nice stuff. Good balance, good drinkability. AleRider78 (1388) - Winchester, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 6, 2015
This one poured a slightly hazy light golden colour with a foamy and bubbly white head. Good lacing. Nice smooth medium bodied mouthfeel. Some bitterness. Aromas of cereals, notes of citrus and floral hops. A bit yeasty. Flavours are of malts, honey, spices, yeast. A bit of alcohol is apparent but not overpowering. Overall, very good stuff, fairly easy drinking, just a bit pricey for quantity, but as they say, quality over quantity! cfrancis (3512) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - APR 20, 2014
Pours cloudy golden with a white frothy top. Aroma is sweet honey and biscuit malt. Taste is sweet honey and a little corriander. Biscuit malt and grapefruit hops. neongolden (1721) - Linköping, Sweden/Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 2, 2013
(600mL bottle from LCBO, 2011) Pours a clear-to-hazy (depending on fraction of bottle) pale gold with a mid-sized and short lived white head, no lace. Aroma has a bit of yeast on top of herbal hoppy notes, candied/honeyed lemon zest and light cereals, bit of spice. Flavour starts with a mix of honey, light cereal malts, lemon and becomes grassy, peppery and with persistent lemon, finishing on the dry side with pepper and hops. Body is medium and slick, carb light but on the prickly side, booze hidden. Not bready like many tripels but good integration of ingredients, spicy and dry enough to balance the honey and good lemon expression. Tasty and refreshing, off-beat tripel. Nice big yeasty nose with honey, grass, booze and lemon-grass? Very good. Looks a little heavy. Lacy off white head over top of not so busy looking clear gold pour. Very belgian inspired. I’ll throw it under the category of Belgian Strong ale rather than Tripel. Not nearly enough bread. Carbonation not pronounced enough. It’s a super beer. Went into it blind had some sips, finally read the label. Tastes exactly like what the ingredients say. Finish is enjoyable, lemony and clean. Good beer. Not a tripel.

Bottle. Aroma and taste were both quite fruity, specifically white grape flavours. Good body and carbonation. Brandman (2957) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUL 5, 2012
Semi hazy yellow body, white head. Aroma has malt, orange and belgian yeast. Flavour continues the same line. Quite ok, but not my kind of trippel. shaynsawchuk (681) - Mississauga, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 3, 2012
600 mL bottle. Does not say 2010 on the label, also has an alcohol content of only 9%. Pours a hazy straw color with lots of fizz, thick, lasting, fluffy white head, lots of lacing. Aromas of yeast, banana, lemon zest and coriander. Sweet and cereal on the attack, leading way to a clean citrus hop flavor, a slightly bitter and sour finish. Really pick up the wheat and lemon in this one. Smooth on the palate, coating with a long finish. Complex and tasty, a great sipper. Hammy78 (974) - Dundas, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 24, 2012
Bottle picked up at the University Plaza LCBO. Pours a amber colour, tons of carbonation, huge fluffy white head, piles of lacing. Smells, sweet Belgian yeast, sugar. Tastes sweet, a little malt, Belgian yeast. Crisp and smooth. Spab (3973) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 18, 2012
600 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a lightly hazy golden yellow with large, lasting white head. Aroma is spicy, lemon zest, tropical fruit. Flavour is quite peppery and quite lemony with some other more subtle fruit notes and grassiness. Alcohol is very well hidden. Fine carbonation. Quite nice.
