In 600ml bottle from the LCBO. Pours a cloudy golden orange with essentially no head. Smells sweet with orange and floral notes most prevalent. Light carbonation on the palate, could use a tiny bit more for more interest. Flavour is excellent, a great tripel. Taste is spicy with a bit of citrus, a bit of a sweet mouthfeel, finishes with a tiny bit of bitterness and a bit of an alcohol kick. Quite delicious. Bottle from LCBO, Feb 2012. Nice head which falls off but never entirely disappears. Nose dominated by spice. Taste leads with spices, finishes with lemongrass and slight hop/alcohol kick. Enough carbonation to give it a refreshing quality along with the lemongrass, helps balance the front loaded spice. A little overly expensive but I blame the LCBO. Would probably buy a couple more bottles but not a must have. TheJester (2543) - Cavan Monaghan, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 2, 2012
600 mL bottle. (Looks like bb April 2014, but it’s kinda scratched off). Translucent straw-orange with a nice white head which reduces, but never disappears. Aroma has wheat, lemon, and yeast. Flavour is mild citrus - more lime than lemon - and light spice, along with wheat and a touch of booze. Finish is dry and slightly bitter. Body is decent. Not bad. Lemon is a nice touch. rosenbergh (11793) - Tampere, FINLAND - FEB 15, 2012

Hazy straw coloured pour, minimal head. Lemongrass, Honey, Wheat and assorted grains in the aroma. A fair bit going on when I taste this one - Yeasty with lemongrass, honey, slight eucalyptis, slight hint of pepper, fruity and bitter. Low carbonation. Interesting, but not exactly what I look for in a Tripel. Radek Kliber (7483) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - DEC 14, 2011
Bottle 600ml Metalchopz (3515) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 14, 2011
Aroma sour dry leafy notes, grassy with gentle phenolic backing. Citrus, lime on top of aroma mixed with dryness of alcohol. 7+
Appearance hazed amber with touch of gold. Large white top , bright with neat lace shown.
Flavor and Palate : Medium light bodied. Lemon tartness , hint of orange, pepper , phenolic spices. Thin bottom. Leaf like dry finish.
Another nice find from the LCBO, comes in a brown 60cl bottle. Written 9% ABV on the back of the bottle. Pours a golden colour with lots of sediments floating around. Nice white cap with great retention and lacing. Aromas of alcohol and grain with notes of fruits and spices. Beautiful warming feeling with flavours of grass and straw, with notes of citrus. Good decent hop balancing between the bitterness and dryness. Not a bad Tripel, just a tad expensive compared to their other brews we got here. chrisv10 (18455) - DENMARK - AUG 8, 2011
