Bottled. RBESG 2010.
Light hazy golden colour with white head. Saison-like aroma, it’s herbal, fruity estery, peppery. Malty flavour but boozy and edgy, also bit spicy. Lacking in heaviness and almond paste. Bit too rough in the edges, that’s all. anders37 (26726) - Malmö, SWEDEN - DEC 26, 2010

Solid body. Long fruity and spicy finish of sweet oranges, mandarin, pepper, coriander and mild alcohol. A well-made true-to-style Tripel. A Sim rate (bottle at ChrisO’s Raise the Roof tasting): Sweet fizzy malt with a bit of Belgian-style yeast. Great yellow fizzy appearance with a great lasting head and lace. Tastes like sherbert sweets with some tangerine in the finish. It’s got that Belgian yeastiness again in the flavour. Fizzy palate that really tingles.
