UPDATED: OCT 1, 2009 Hazy brown with a lasting off-white head. Funky aroma, with lots of oak, brett, cherry and almond. Sweet caramel flavour with a berry and tannin tartness, lots of oak character, and a funky finish. oh6gdx (26482) - Vasa, FINLAND - SEP 10, 2010
Bottled. Hazy amber colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is fruits, sour wood, some spices and mild farmyard. Flavour is fruits, sour wood, mild vanilla and some mild caramel. Though a short texted rating, very complex and rather nice sour beer, not all too far from the lambic sourness, although something slight lacks for that. A brilliant sour ale anyways! egajdzis (6502) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 26, 2010
Hazy red brown color with a small, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of red wine, brett, some vinegar, grapes, vanilla, and wood. Taste of cherries, wine, wood, vanilla sweetness, and a tart finish. hopdog (12486) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 3, 2010
375ml bottle - thanks for sending this my way Sean! Poured a deeper and hazy amberish color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of some wood, cherries, grapes, vinous, and some funkiness. Tastes of cherries, vinous, wood, and a lighter funkiness. kkearn (1165) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 8, 2010
Bottle. I initially sampled this at the Stockholm Beer & Whiskey fest in September 2009, then split a bottle with my cousin on one subsequent occasion. Pours murky brown, topped with a thin off-white head. Musty, very funky aroma with sour cherry and mild spice. Palate is similar to aroma with lots of musty, earthy character with notes of wild yeast, sour cherry, and wood. Finishes tart. Very nice.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, lemon, wood, lacto, wine - white? As well as lighter notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sour with strong notes of lemon, brett, lacto, white wine, and wood, but also with an underlying malt sweetness, leading to a very tart and slightly puckering lemony finish. madsberg (11762) - Søborg, DENMARK - SEP 18, 2009
