COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This rich, amber-coloured lager is made from the specialty Canadian malts. Lightly hopped, distinctly malty, Eric the Red brings a hint of sweet caramel that adds up to real flavour in a medium-bodied brew thatís simply classic.

Pint on tap at the brewery pours amber in color with a small white head that leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is mild with hints of caramel. Taste is a caramel malty sweetness and a light citrus hop bitterness. Light to medium body with adequate carbonation. Also, has a long lingering finish which is slightly sour. A decent amber, but the finish leaves little to be desired.

On tap during the grand opening. Deep amber ok sized tan bubbly head with some good life, spots. Warm, rich sweet malts, some soft citrus, bit of grain, very fresh, I drank the rest and forgot about the review.†
