GABF 2014 Rating (Denver, CO). Pours a nice hazy reddish crimson hue, berry colors, cherryskin and table wine. A cakey thicker reddish tinged head stays as a firm layer, nice stick around and lacing. Aromas are a bit balsamic, gentle vinegar and cherryskin. Faint leather, gentle oak and carmelized malts. More tart and sweet cherry play as it settles. Initial is sweet and tart back and forth play. Gentle sweetness, cherryskin and juice. Touches of gentle toast, carmelized malts and earth,m a bit lactic and yogurty, creamy as we round the corner. On tap at GABF. Pours with a clear bronze body and a lasting white head. Aroma of sweet pie cherries, acidity, acetic acid, vinegar and a bit of funk. Flavors are sweet cherries, big acidity, biscuity malt, balsamic vinegar. Lively bubbles and dry. Very tasty!

Pour at GABF from notes, nice reddish pour with slightly pink head, aroma brought notes of dry oak, vanilla, sour cherry, tart lemon and lactic notes, some hints of funky barn and dusty in there as well. Taste was a big bouquet of sour and sweet cherries, some lemon tartness and hints of funk, some oak as well finished it off dry and tart.
