The flavor is very acidic with strong notes of wood and over ripe fruits, leading to a dry woody finish. Thanks to notalush for sharing this. Hazy golden colour. Thin head. Aroma is quite lovely. Soft fruity apricot and cherry aroma as well. Soft light tartness with a touch of acetone fruitiness. Flavour is significantly less fruity/tart than the aroma suggests but is still quite lovely. It starts out smelling lightly acetone-like but it then settles into a nice cherry and apricot fruitiness. Vineous and fruity with soft lactic funkiness. As it warms it gets a little bit funky as well. Pretty nice. douglas88 (9797) - Portland, Oregon, USA - SEP 13, 2009
2008 bottle thanks to Toby. Pours a cloudy orange color with a large fizzy head. The aroma is sweet, but it also suggests a more acid brew. The flavor was very acidic and tart, like a Gueze almost. Funky and spicy. Nice. Skinnyviking (9767) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - OCT 21, 2008
Draught. Low white and quickly disappearing fluffy head. Hazy yellow body. Vinegar fruity honey aroma. Mild fruity acidic to sour flavor with low carbonation and a long aftertaste.
