(Draught) clearish gold/amber with few bubbles. Nose of northwest-style juicy citrus hops, musty, pineapple, cane sugar, balanced. Taste of pineapple, light pine, citrus oils, nice and balanced. Pine linger, creamy and well carbonated. Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - JAN 29, 2011
On tap at the brewpub.
The beer pours an orange yellow color with a white head. The aroma has a nice grapefruit hop note along with some biscuit malt. The flavor is more of the same. I get a lot of grapefruit and some other notes from the Cascade hops, with some biscuit malt to balance things out. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Balanced and easy to drink. mar (5408) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 25, 2009

Hand bottled from bman1113vr. Deep golden with a frothy white head. Strong hoppy nose with pine and grass notes. Strong grassy hop flavors (reminds me of the GLBC Burning River) with a bready malt backbone. Great hop burps. As it warms a peach/apricot fruitiness starts to show.
